From the start we received excellent advice based on effective communication between Loci staff and ourselves. They listened, took note of our needs / ideas, provided inspiration for effective alternatives and we finished with a plan that we were all happy with. The work was carried out by pleasant, qualified staff who completed the task with minimal disruption to us. We enjoyed interacting with them. They were professional and hard working. We feel that we have received value for money and the end result exceeded our expectations.
