Mid-Century Meets the Tasmanian Wild.
They had us at mid-century.
An east-facing block with water views, twelve neighbouring properties pressing in close, and a young family who needed somewhere to breathe. The architecture already had a clear personality. Our job was to let the garden catch up.
We looked to the Tasmanian wildflower for the planting palette and to the house itself for everything else. Existing stone found new life as paths and gentle journeys around the property. Sweeping curves frame the layered vegetation and give the garden a confidence that feels modern without forgetting what it is. A home that knows its era, and wears it well.
